Shipping Policy
Wildflower Baby ships from Colorado Monday through Friday, excluding all recognized postal holidays.
Orders ship in 3-5 Business days from the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). Wildflower Baby will always try to manually combine orders and refund shipping overages however this can not be guaranteed. If you have any questions, please contact us with your order number.
Wildflower Baby is pleased to offer FREE shipping on US orders over $50 USD, Canadian orders over $150 USD
Otherwise, our shipping rates are as follows:
$7.00 USD for US orders that are less than $50 USD
Canadian orders less than $150 USD are calculated based on weight of order and your address.
Order Status
- All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your email for updates.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
- We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

We highly recommend downloading the Shop app. Once logged in, the Shop app will help keep track of all your orders. You will be able to easily find your orders, order number, tracking number and receive notifications when your order ships and delivered.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $10 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
Import Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Wildflower Baby is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes. We are always working to improve and hopefully will be able to care for these in the near future.
